I’ll try and keep the episodes reasonably short because we all have lives! some of us have kids, jobs etc and then there are no excuses like “I don’t have the time”, “I didn’t find time” 10-15 Minutes MAX while you drink your morning coffee, Sitting in traffic on your way to gym or work, When baby is having a nap. So no excuses!
