Episode 2 is all about understanding calories in/calories out, Why it’s important to know how to track them? and ultimately how to create a food diary.
I’d also like to mention that if you have a food intolerance a food diary is a great way to track your triggers. I have IBS and I manage it through nutrition and keeping logs of what I eat.
