    I’d also like to mention that if you have a food intolerance a food diary is a great way to track your triggers. I have IBS and I manage it through nutrition and keeping logs of what I eat.

    Welcome to the very first Ardour Health & Fitness podcast epidsode!. So excited I really hope you enjoy all the content and absorb as much information as possible!

    I’ll try and keep the episodes reasonably short because we all have lives! some of us have kids, jobs etc and then there are no excuses like “I don’t have the time”, “I didn’t find time” 10-15 Minutes MAX while you drink your morning coffee, Sitting in traffic on your way to gym or work, When baby is having a nap.  So no excuses!
